Passion and diligence are two traits that I believe most reflect me as an individual. I possess over three years of experience in various operations such as working on Pattern, Tool & Die and jig and fixture development for Pump and valves components on Design concept, costing, CAM/CNC programming & tool prove out, new product development, developing collision repair systems, Bill of Materials and Quality Assurance of various clients including Rolls Royce, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Mahindra, Land Rover across the Automobile Industry. My profound experience made me an expert in handling the overall manufacturing process of the product from inception to completion, including preparation of BOM, supplier development, vendor management, domestic material purchase, import-purchase order approval, quality assurance & packing and container stuffing overview and pre-shipment processing. I am capable of identifying & troubleshooting a large variety of mechanical equipment malfunctions. I am conversant with various software like Solidworks, Pro-E, AutoCAD and MS Office suite.
