ABOUT SUDHARSHAN REDDY SINGANA

Sudharshan is a pension actuary consultant at Isio, a leading independent pensions advisory firm in the UK. He has over six years of experience in the actuarial field, with a focus on retirement plan design, compliance, and risk and financial management. He is a fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, with all CT papers exemptions from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.Sudharshan is currently responsible for performing Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) equalisation and conversion calculations, a complex and challenging task that requires high-level technical and analytical skills. He develops, tests, and optimises GMP models, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and communicates the results to clients and stakeholders. He also works as part of a team to deliver actuarial and other services related to pension schemes, such as setting up UK and European pension schemes in software, analysing valuation results, and consulting with clients to align their retirement plans with their business objectives and standards. He is proficient in SQL, Excel, VBA, and R, and is always eager to learn new skills and improve processes within actuarial projects.
