I am a Biotechnology graduate student at Northeastern University with over 2+ years of hands-on experience in molecular biology, immunology, Nanomedicine, Microbiology, Biochemistry, and cell culture. I\'m skilled in bacterial and mammalian cell culture, recombinant protein expression and purification, flow cytometry, molecular techniques, and gene expression analysis. I have experience working with advanced lab equipment like the ProFlex Thermal Cyclers, Attune CytPix Flow Cytometer, NanoDrop, and the EVOS XL Core Imaging System, and I am trained in techniques such as Microscopy, plasmid cloning, DNA extraction, RNA isolation, qPCR, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, Flow cytometry and ELISA. In addition to wet lab skills, I have experience with bioinformatics tools like NCBI, Galaxy.org, SBDD, and molecular docking.
