Sub-assembly of Inverter (Motor Controller) for the 3 in 1 E-drive assembly Line Responsibilities:1. Analysis of Electronic Hardware Failures pertaining to the Inverter of the E-drive for Inhouse, zero km and field complaints with the help of CFT meetings, CAN Logs analysis. Reduction in Electronic Hardware (PCBA) Scrap by implementing robust controls to prevent handling damage and failure during operations. Communication with Joint Venture Partner-Shanghai E-Drives (SED) for joint analysis of PCBA failures 4. Performance of DOEs to simulate the failures to validate identified causes 5. Development of Audit Plans, Check sheets and Acceptance Matrices as per the Industry Standards for Cleanroom 6. ANSI ESD S20••••21 Compliance Audit for Motor Line and Cleanroom Inverter Line with tools like Surface Resistance meters, Electro field meters and Multimeter 7. Cleanliness Audit of Inverter Line with Particle Count Meter -ISO 14644 Class 8 Cleanroom Standard Compliance8. PCBA Handling Audit 9. Control Plan Audit against actual processes. Launch of Failure Analysis Manual in every 3 months with addition of analysis process for new failures, modification of existing checkpoints and addition of new checkpoints in each revision. As a failure Analysis engineer, drive the problem-solving process with formation of Quality Control Circles at Gemba. Development and Implementation of ideas for small improvements (Kaizens) to enhance overall efficiency of the plant in terms of Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale and Safety.
