The key roles and responsibilities are creation, reviewing, and updating the current security policies and processes based on the user request, and will be joining the troubleshooting session with the requester and fixing the issue. • Managing the multiple security products like Endpoint Security, EDR, Deep Security, Apex One, Bluecoat/ Zscaler proxy, CISCO email security, Arbor Edge defense, NETSCOUT DDOS appliances, and SSL visibility appliances. • Create and manage web access policies, URL filtering rules, and file type controls, SSL bypass & firewall rules, sandbox policies, and tenant access for external sites. • Performing the daily health checkup of all the appliances. • Iron port email gateway to monitor the SPAM emails and check the phishing emails, and any email not received, I will identify the root Cause and provide the solution to the requester. • Attended & resolved all SNOW tickets, ensured proper responses to all requester inquiries.• Any appliance’s upgrading activity is performed by me based on the approved change management process. • Creating SOP documents for the existing appliances.
