Role Summary:Responsible for managing end-to-end finance and accounting functions with a strong focus on statutory compliance, taxation, banking, and financial reporting. The role ensures accuracy of financial records, regulatory adherence, and effective financial controls to support organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end GST compliances, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations, and handling notices and assessments.• Oversee TDS compliances, including deductions, returns, certificates, and statutory filings as per Income Tax laws.• Handle banking operations, fund management, cash flow monitoring, and bank reconciliations.• Supervise financial accounting, ledger scrutiny, month-end and year-end closings, and maintenance of books of accounts.• Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards for decision-making.• Coordinate internal and statutory audits, respond to audit queries, and ensure timely closure of observations.• Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and accounting processes to mitigate financial and regulatory risks.• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders for smooth financial operations.• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, accounting standards, and organizational policies.Tools & Systems:Tally Prime | Microsoft Excel | Microsoft Office
