I have always been a life time learner. I believe a person stops existing if he stops learning.I kick-started my career graph with IBM(Worked on the - US based Healthcare Insurance Project). Then, I was part of LSEG, involved in enhancing the ideal FinServ brokerage platform, BETA. I delved in Wealth Management - US Taxing, Securities movement, ACATS, Corporate actions, Sell/Buy side and regulatory reporting.I nurtured and sharpened my skills by owning new responsibilities and roles. I love to assimilate and embrace the new technology arrivals. Curiosity, Unconventional thinking, earnestness to my stand are my + Quenching my curiosity to explore the ‘New’ and sharing always occupies the top on my find list.During my careers I have been trying to ramp up my knowledge about technology, management and finance industry focusing on banking, insurance and capital markets. My objective is to give 100% of my capabilities to the role that I perform. My roles kept changing over all years in the industry, but with this objective in my mind, I try to do what is the best for the company I work for.I analyze the functional requirements and design and develop the technical solutions. I also have good working knowledge of complete agile methodology, team building and connecting with people.I enjoy mentoring people because I was fortunate to have great mentors and role models and that shaped who I am now. I love taking things to completion and get great joy when I analyze issues and arrive at solutions.I am strong believer of understanding the functional aspects of the business that we are working on.
