Working on a Project which seeks to create a list of impacted customers whose online payments defaulted to weekly between Feb 25th, 2018 and March 9th, 2019 and then reconcile, remediate and refund impacted customers. Reconciliation effort may include appending claims filed by the customer and refunding potential fees that may have been charged as well as any interest lost due to low balance and time value of money. Customer communication is needed once target population for potential refund is determined.
