As a dual Bachelor of Arts candidate in International Relations and Sociology at Syracuse University (Dean\'s List, 3.7 GPA), I am committed to fostering inclusive communities and driving meaningful social impact.Currently, I serve as Director of Camp Kesem at Syracuse University, where I lead an 18-member student board and oversee year-round operations and summer programming that supports children impacted by a parent\'s cancer. This year, I\'m spearheading fundraising efforts toward our goal—having already raised provide no-cost camp and support services to families navigating challenging times.As a Student Support Assistant at InclusiveU, I mentor college students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing one-on-one academic and social support that fosters independence and confidence. By collaborating closely with faculty, staff, and supervisors, I help create an inclusive campus environment where all students can thrive.My background also includes work with The Adoptee Mentoring Society and Spence Chapin Services to Families and Children, where I developed expertise in post-adoption support, community engagement, and youth mentorship programs.I bring strong skills in program coordination, cross-functional collaboration, student advocacy, and strategic planning. As I approach graduation in May 2026, I\'m eager to pursue opportunities in nonprofit management, social services, or international development where I can continue making a tangible difference in underserved communities.
