I am a senior legal and business leader with 27+ years of global experience partnering with CEOs, Boards, and leadership teams across technology, healthcare, telecom, IT services, and GCC environments.Currently, I serve as Senior Director – Legal at Carelon Global Solutions (Elevance Health group), where I lead the legal function across India, as part of the Senior Leadership Team. My role spans legal strategy, governance, regulatory compliance, high-value commercial contracting, IP, litigation, ethics, and enterprise risk management—supporting scale, transformation, and operational resilience.I am best known for handling high-stakes, cross-border matters and complex transactions—ranging from USD 88M+ international arbitration wins to USD 200M+ regulatory outcomes—and for bringing calm, clarity, and commercial judgment to ambiguous and high-pressure situations.Over the course of my career, I have advised on M&A, licensing, SaaS and cloud agreements, R&D collaborations, global employment strategies, privacy and security, and regulatory engagements across 30+ countries.
