With presence and empathy, I facilitate **deep insight, courageous action, and lasting growth**.**Beyond coaching** I am Co-Founder of **Dialogue in the Dark India**, a pioneering social impact initiative using immersive darkness-based experiences to shift perspectives and build empathy. This work earned the **Bloomberg TV & Gitanjali Group Social Entrepreneur Award (2011)**.
