Responsible for communicating and reporting to the Supervisor regarding service-related issues and failure analysis.• Finding the Root Cause of the defects and conduct an 8D for the defect working with cross-functional teams.• Expertise in analyzing and utilizing schematic diagrams and giving technical support. Investigated Machine failures to diagnose faulty operation and made appropriate maintenance recommendations.• Perform on-site field surveys and wrote technical narratives in an efficient and timely manner.• Conduct an SPC at periodic intervals to ensure the process is in control/within tolerance.• Monitoring supplier performance, facilitating early identification dispute resolution & timely resolution of potential problems.• Monitor and audit operations, suggesting improvements to the QC tools used in the production line (vision systems, EL test, HiPOT, etc.) and in the QA room, in cooperation with the Leadership team.• Monitor the variants in scraps products and raw materials (out of spec) that are rejected at the various steps of production flow; make statistical evaluations and define corrective actions in collaboration with the Leadership team.• Reduce scrap and improve the performance of raw materials and finished product, and suggesting improvement to the WI’s• Develop a high level and low-level Process Mapping of the production line to evaluate the process flow and the key areas critical to quality are identified.
