Experienced talent and WFM professional with more than 22 years’ experience in Big 4, Financial Services and search firms. Over 13 years of experience at EY leading various roles in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Talent Reimagination programs and People Supply Chain Management ( PSCM ). I am currently working as the PSCM Centre of Excellence lead, leading Workforce Optimization and driving strategy execution for the function. As a subject matter expert, I have complete exposure from a process, people and tools lens into the Resource Management landscape and the business impact of managing forecast accuracy and end-to-end demand fulfilment, minimizing variances, managing capacity while balancing employee wellness across the SL groups and optimizing costs through pyramid management. Have led Talent Reimagination Programs like the Growth Architecture framework through large cross functional teams which included creating key enablers like Agile promotions, internal job posting policy refresh and the International Rotations framework. Established and drove the Exceptional Employee Experience framework and charter along with Talent leadership, piloted the implementation of the Labour Economics framework in partnership with business and cross functional teams for 2 business groups. My experience in leading Talent Acquisition and Attraction spans across business groups, levels and skills at EY. Key achievements included setting up the initial campus strategy and setting up a dedicated University Relations team that led to a positive impact on our Universum rankings. The team won multiple RASBIC & other industry awards under my leadership.

   PSCM SME / CoE lead (current role)Responsible for driving strategy execution with focus on integrating people, process, and technology to maximize internal fulfillment.Monitoring function KPIs against goals, reporting & generating insights for leadership actions.Responsible for partnering with Talent COEs to drive the PSCM Talent interlocks.Lead for driving the function compensation benchmarking exercise along with Total Reward teams, internal audits, risk assessments & other assessments.Responsible for designing and driving the overall function learning charter & leading the BMC agenda for the team.Driving central initiatives like VoS surveys, employee engagement sessions at function level. Employee Experience, TAA (earlier roles)Co-designed and launched the Exceptional EY experience framework and drove the same for 3 years through Talent & central team partnership.
