With a strong academic foundation in Nutrition & Applied Nutrition and extensive experience in clinical dietetics, public health, and digital health consulting, I am committed to making a meaningful impact through evidence-based nutrition strategies. My professional journey includes hands-on clinical nutrition experience at Max Super Specialty Hospital and research on micronutrient status and biomarkers of aging at ICMR-NIN. Currently, I work as a Dietitian and care manager at Curelink, where I provide personalized nutrition guidance to individuals dealing with pregnancy, PCOS, postpartum recovery, and metabolic health issues. My role involves not just counseling but also enhancing patient engagement, improving adherence to care plans, and driving conversions from free to paid programs through innovative strategies like trial sessions, success stories, and behavioral coaching. I am particularly passionate about public health nutrition, patient psychology, and leveraging digital health to improve healthcare accessibility. My expertise includes nutritional assessment, 24-hour dietary recall, biochemistry, and community-based interventions. At Curelink, I focus on creating engaging, science-backed nutrition plans that encourage long-term behavioral changes while addressing the challenges of virtual patient engagement and retention.
