About Sudeshna Chatterjee
Sudeshna is a result-oriented lawyer with over 20 years of expertise across varied sectors - from temporary power, oil & gas to automation and mobility infrastructure. She has demonstrated a capability of managing diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions; her ability to provide considered guidance on challenging strategic and operational issues to Board of Directors and C-Suite executives has made her a valuable and integral part of management teams and a trusted advisor. She passionately believes in the cause of an integrated, invested and well-developed legal and compliance function that combines legal acumen with business awareness to drive forward risk-coherent and data-driven decisions for businesses. Sudeshna is presently the Head of Legal for Vontier\'s businesses in the Asia Pacific region, including Gilbarco Veeder Root’s (GVR) business in India. Prior to joining Vontier/ GVR, she represented Aggreko’s businesses in Asia and Australia spanning over 15 countries. Prior to that Sudeshna worked with L&L Partners and Sarthak Advocates & Solicitors as Senior Associate and Senior Counsel, respectively. Her work spanned international trade law, intellectual property, capital markets, real estate and general corporate advisory.Sudeshna received a dual LL.M degree from NYU, New York and NUS, Singapore in 2013 and an LLB degree from NALSAR, India in 2005. She supports pro bono initiatives and regularly mentors emerging lawyers and students on how to advance their careers.
