   Preparation of Instrument Load List, Instrument Index in SPI and maintaining the database till project closure.• Sizing & specification of control valves, flow elements and safety relief valves using SPI In- tools and release enquiry & purchase specification for procurement. • Specification of Instrumentation bulks (Transmitters, Temperature elements, Gauges, manifolds, VA flowmeter, switches, rupture disc, level instruments, analyzer test gases, regulators etc.) Analytical instruments in SPI.• Specification of Controls Panels, Emergency shutdown and Analyzer Panel in SPI.• Preparation of purchase Package for procurement of all bulks instruments, Fire & GAs detectors, Analytical instruments and control panels. • Review of Modelling for Instrumentation during 30%, 60 % & 90% model review. • IDC / IDR with Civil, Electrical, Piping, Mechanical (Rotating & static) & Process team.• Vendor drawing / document review.• Review of Instrument detailed design engineering activities such as control & analyzer room Layouts, Instrument location plan, Tray & cable routing layout, cable schedule & termination diagram, analyzer field tubing schematics, process & pneumatic hook-ups and hardwired trip panel wiring schematic and support instrument designers to deliver all the design deliverables for check and approve by lead engineers.• Support to source inspection / sourcing for the Inspection of Instrumentation items.• Accountable for the safety and engineering scope adherence in accordance with project specifications & standards• Support and contribute to AP’s low-cost sourcing activities.
