I am an AI Scientist and Enterprise AI Solution Architect with 25+ years of experience spanning academia and corporate leadership. My career began with 5 years in teaching mathematics and statistics for management students in IBS, before moving into the corporate world where, over the last two decades, I have worked with leading organizations including SAS, iGate, ITC Infotech, IBM, L&T Infotech, and now Verizon.Currently, I serve as Associate Fellow – AI Scientist (Equivalent to Director) at Verizon, where I design and deliver complex enterprise AI solutions that enhance both customer experience and employee experience. I am recognized as a go-to expert in: Traditional Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics, Deep Learning & Generative AI, Forecasting, Simulation & Optimization Models, Batch Processing & Real-time AI SolutionsWith hands-on experience across 10+ industries, I have successfully contributed to both product-based and service-based enterprises, consistently driving AI innovation and measurable business impact.Beyond my corporate role, I actively contribute to the academic and professional AI ecosystem. I serve on the Board of Studies for premier institutions such as Loyola College, National Engineering College, Jerusalem College of Engineering, Ethiraj College and Women\'s Christian College. I have also served in VIT Management Studies BoS. I am also a member of NASSCOM’s AI Advisory Council and contribute to DRAUP–PrimeSkills, where I help define AI skill frameworks and curricula. Over the years, I have delivered expert talks and keynote sessions at academic institutions and industry forums, bridging the gap between research and real-world AI applications.What drives me is the challenge of transforming enterprise operations and customer journeys through AI, and the opportunity to mentor and shape the next generation of AI talent.
