As the Deputy Executive Director at Dalmia Bharat Group, I am responsible for setting up and leading the Central Zone, which is the largest acquisition for the company, covering 9.2 million tons of cement capacity across three states. With over 24 years of experience in the cement industry, I have a sound strategic vision, data-driven decision making capability, holistic business process, and improved acumen and leadership skills that can drive business transformation successfully.Before taking up this role, I was the Head of Sales and Logistics Development at the same company, where I built capability and capacity for the sales and distribution network, enhancing delivery and profitability. I also have extensive experience in marketing, building long-term, resilient business relationships, and finding new and innovative ways of creating value for the customers and stakeholders. I pride myself on being able to work quickly and effectively in appraising and solving potential issues and problems that might affect any aspect of the business platform. I also enjoy working with, leading, and motivating teams of varying sizes to achieve success. I am a good communicator and I have strong social and interpersonal skills.
