Partner closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Leads to define scalable, automation-first testing strategies across multiple agile teams- Represent QA leadership in feature team meetings, providing risk analysis and influencing prioritization of testing activities based on feature readiness and product goals- Coordinate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, ensuring QA priorities and technical debt are addressed proactively- Architect and develop robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks for validating Fleet Manager systems, autonomous vehicle navigation, and perception modules- Lead the design and integration of automated test pipelines (API, UI, backend, hardware-in-the-loop) into CI/CD workflows to enable rapid, high-confidence releases- Mentor and guide SDETs and QA Engineers in automation development, test design, code reviews, and best practices for quality engineering- Oversee second-level triage and root cause analysis for failures within full-stack virtual fleet simulation and test systems, ensuring rapid resolution and system resilience- Define and champion best practices for test-driven development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD), code quality, and defect prevention methodologies across teams- Implement quality gates, test coverage metrics, and automated reporting dashboards to provide real-time visibility into product health and release readiness- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in automation tooling, frameworks, and processes, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and high quality.
