Ensuring Transfer Pricing policies are adhered and balanced with both the JV partner’s business interest; • Closely working with the legal & HR team for providing inputs on various aspects from PE exposure and International Tax perspective;• Minimizing the overall exposure in International Transactions and ensuring that the agreements are completely in sync with the Transfer Pricing arrangement, • Advising to the US Entity on India related compliance and contracts;• Structuring the Transactions in order to minimise GST & Income Tax leakage & improve supply chain. • Collaborating with project team for getting State incentive scheme for Green field project in Gujarat• Advising on the Customs FTA benefits, Anti Dumping duty and preparing for AEO T2 registration. • Understanding the pain points in the field level and providing as well as implementing the end-to-end solution to ensure zero GST exposure• Managing all litigation for GST, Service Tax & all States VAT, income Tax for India & Sri Lanka;• Developing good cultural orientation in order to work smoothly with various different stakeholders;• Advising the management on the acquisition of new business and its impact under all Legislation• Leading the Technology upgradation and seamless implementation on SAP HANA for desired Tax reporting.
