I was hired at IDFC FIRST Bank to build Loyalty SBU as a central function in the Bank. The department since has delivered on dreams once seen, some of which are as follows - Debit Card/SA : Designed, Launched & Running DC/SA Loyalty Program- Pan Bank Rewards Marketplace : Rewards Accelerator, Built from Scratch & now fully functional (Similar to Smartbuy & iShop)With Rewards Accelerators currently known as Tripstacc & Shopstacc, customers across CC & DC business earn bonus points on each transaction at no extra cost to Bank. This has also made CC rewards on paid cards very powerful in comparison with established products like Axis Infinia etc- Current Account : Milestone Rewards, transitioning to a new tech platform to deliver superior engagement & enhanced activationThe program offers benefits in complex environment of a CA where more than one owner is eligible for same benefit- Strategic Alliance & DealsAlliance & Deals for Product CVP, Activation, Usage & Retention Team caters to Credit Cards, Savings Account & many other SBU\'s of the bank
