Project 1: To establish Physical Document Library for company with 27 different projects. Created SOP for Accessing Physical Document Library for employees. To manage and control all project-related documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. Transmit, receive, record and distribute e-mail correspondence and documentation according to established procedures. To file and control of incoming and outgoing documentation. Keep the necessary logs and registers to track documentation / progress of work. Ensure all documents are stored securely and can be retrieved efficiently. Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures. Coordinate with various departments to ensure documentation requirements are met. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and memos as needed. Track and manage document versions and ensure proper archiving of obsolete records. Project 2: To create Employee Record Library for establishment with more than 7200 employee records. Perform database input and word-processing functions. Ensure that the confidentiality of sensitive information is protected. Maintain and update document records in both physical and electronic formats. Implement and adhere to document management processes and systems. Support audits and inspections by providing documentation as required.
