Experience of working with diversity of people & culture from China, USA, Germany, Brazil & Czech Republic.Visited Germany & Czech Republic in April 2023 for trainings & team bonding sessions.Processing all IC ITA PO’s – domestic, international, stock transfers & drop shipment.Daily administration of the incoming orders, taking & maintaining OA in system.Proactively give follow up on overdue purchase orders and confirmations.Carefully maintaining info records & accounting info for new materials.Taking care of price changes and handling invoice differences in BASWARE software.PPV checks & approvals, Error resolution in system,Updating yearly price list in system.Issuing debit notes to vendors, attending weekly IC calls.Be the first point of contact in relation to any queries coming from our shared services team.Updating shipping information once material is ready depending upon size, weight, urgency.
