Built from the ground up, this capability anchors the firm’s cross-regional client enablement, sales operations, and stakeholder delivery across EMEA, APAC, and North America.As the India GTM lead, I built and scaled a 35-member multi-functional team within six months, spanning client analytics, sales enablement, and service operations. We implemented data-driven, scalable solutions that have directly enhanced pipeline velocity, client onboarding, and institutional engagement models.This role extends beyond operations—it sits at the intersection of growth and execution.
