It has been a fantastic journey to be part of Urban Grid’s growth story of transitioning from being a successful developer to an IPP. My focus here is to build and lead a team dedicated to project controls function that supports the organization in cost control, schedule management, capex estimation and benchmarking. I am responsible for devising the project controls strategy, design ways of working with various internal and external teams, and to evaluate & implement top notch project controls tools. The project controls team supports many workstreams including project delivery, project development, M&A and Finance.
