Global thought Leader in operational risk management for Banking, Procurement & Shared services domain; My 18+yrs of Global & Multi-regional experience focussed on Operational Risk management including, Risk assessments, business controls assurance life cycle management, Sanctions risk, Internal and external Audits management, Information Security Controls management and enterprise data risk governance.At ANZ as Sr. Risk Assurance Manager (VP), I am currently leading the operational project risk management for major global cloud outsourcing project for ANZ needing regulatory body approval. Previously I have managed overall operational risk and controls frameworks management for banking including lending services, customer transactions, card business, global procurement, global employee back ground checks and sanctions & global payroll processes. For these Retail banking and Shared Services Function portfolios, I have managed diverse teams across multiple countries (Like, AUS, NZ, IND, PH & SG) for the ANZ Group; Some these portfolios coverage was across 34 countries.With over a decade of International experience in operational Risk management within ANZ, including AUS, NZ, South Asia and Pacific regions.In the early days due to my role in setting up & transitioning some major Risk & Quality process for ANZ right at the ground level across NZ, India, SG, Manila, Cambodia & Laos, I continue to provide key leadership as full time Business Continuity Director for all Global Functions.Specialities: Operational risk, regulatory compliance, Sanctions risk, Enterprise data risk management and a certified internal auditor and scrum master.
