About Sudarshan Johari
My profile is of 360° and I have developed a strong skillset across multiple disciplines over the years that I have studied and worked. I strongly believe the love for the job is the biggest skillset a person can ever have and I work on the same philosophy. I have built businesses from scratch, developed states and regions, departments and teams (Pan India) and have always focused on their growth and development so that we can bring the best! The business then happens automatically. Coaching and training is my passion. An open highway, a boxing ring, cricket ground, the pitch/turf, a board room, a corporate carpet all are the same for me. Lead with passion, adapt, innovate and outperform! Physical fitness, diet and nutrition, sports (bike riding, cars, MuayThai, cricket), have been my companion since the beginning; human behaviour, sports psychology, biomechanics are my area of interest. I am also able to pen down my thoughts now and then and I love a fountain pen!
