Asset Management & Operational Efficiency• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date fleet asset register aligned with operational requirements.• Maximize fleet utilization to improve operational efficiency and profitability.• Ensure timely vehicle documentation, registration, and compliance with the Department of Transportation regulations.• Make strategic decisions related to asset procurement, leasing, and replacement to achieve cost efficiency.Maintenance Strategy & Fuel Management• Monitor and analyses fuel consumption patterns, deviations, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.• Utilize telematics data for effective fuel management and optimized route planning.• Ensure compliance with annual maintenance budgets through cost-effective maintenance initiatives.Resource & Workforce Planning• Recruit and train skilled drivers, adhering to industry-standard benchmarks.• Monitor and manage driver behaviours to enhance safety, service quality, and overall efficiency.• Develop technical capabilities of workshop staff through continuous training and skill enhancement programs.System & Performance Management• Compile and analyze daily and monthly workshop reports to support data-driven decision-making, Utilize fleet management dashboards,KPIs, fuel consumption• Leverage modern fleet management systems and software, including Power BI, SAP, Fleetege, IMAX Mahindra, and JCB LiveLink.Standardization & Compliance• Ensure strict adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies and protocols.Leadership & People Management• Conduct regular fleet and workshop evaluations to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS).• Organize quarterly performance reviews to promote accountability and professional development. Vendor & Inventory Management• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effective, and timely services.• Oversee effective inventory management for spare parts, consumables, and workshop resources
