Work with Globys customers to ensure successful completion of software development and implementation projects;\\\\n• Develop and execute project plans, resource plans and schedules and monitor progress;\\\\n• Manage customer expectations and secure delivery of the highest quality software solution;\\\\n• Run the project delivery, including managing the scope of the project while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability;\\\\n• Manage change and risks to the project deliverables to reduce delays while limiting the impact on our customers and project timelines;\\\\n• Update the management team and coworkers on customer/project status, proactively identifying issues and resolving or escalating as appropriate;\\\\n• Manage and motivate the internal project team to ensure the technical and functional consulting team members are utilized and focused on the successful and efficient execution of the established project plan;\\\\n• Conduct post-implementation project reviews; capture and apply lessons learned for continuous process improvement;\\\\n• Responsible for preparing and reporting project forecasts and financials to management on an ongoing basis on all assigned projects;\\\\n• Accountable for working capital, ensuring that milestones and work in progress are approved according to contract acceptance criteria, invoiced on time, and paid;\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
