I serve as an Executive Committee Member of the South Asia Early Careers Network (SA ECNet), which supports the professional development of over 950 Graduate Members and 2700 Student Members of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) across South Asia.SA ECNet represents early career civil engineers across five countries: India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Nepal. I was selected as the Country Representative for Pakistan and proudly contributed to launching the network\'s presence in the country, helping to create opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth among emerging engineers in the region.This role has strengthened my leadership, stakeholder engagement, and international collaboration skills, aligning closely with my passion for advancing the future of civil engineering.
