Founder and Director of an international creative agency and consultancy instigating placemaking projects, international partnership schemes, and interdisciplinary artworks. We work at the intersection of arts, culture, and social impact, shaping new opportunities for artists, organisations, and communities.Supported by Arts Council England and a range of national and international partners, our key programme strands include: Artist-Led Projects – Developing and producing innovative interdisciplinary work with artists including Ensemble 84 (a new company based in Co Durham), Kate Flatt, Susan Kempster, Viktor Černický, and others. We focus on site-specific, outdoor, and socially engaged projects, fostering ambitious creative collaborations that reimagine public space and audience engagement. Artist Development Schemes – Designing and delivering international residencies, creative labs, and mentoring initiatives that connect artists across borders, generate new ideas, and foster long-term collaborations. Our programmes create space for experimentation and exchange, equipping artists and producers with the skills, networks, and opportunities to develop bold new work. Consultancy & Strategic Development – Advising organisations, festivals, and cultural agencies on commissioning models, international exchange, and long-term sector development. Current and recent clients include the Mayor of London and Outdoor Arts UK, where we are leading the strategy development for a new 10-year vision for outdoor arts. We also provide bespoke support for cultural institutions, helping shape sustainable and impactful creative initiatives.
