Developed an automated Credit Policy Monitoring framework by translating credit policies into a Python-based validation engine, proactively flagging policy violations and data entry errors. Eliminated manual reviews by 2 FTEs and enabled 94% issue rectification pre-disbursal, significantly reducing compliance and audit risks. Enabled self-service analytics by designing and developing interactive Tableau dashboards, leading to proactive KPI tracking, reducing MIS requests by 70%, and accelerating decision-making TAT by 2 days Streamlined the sanctioning process by reclassifying low-risk deviations for approval by junior authorities, reducing reliance on senior approvers and cutting average sanction turnaround time by 1.2 days.
