The job skills that I have acquired throughout my life have been crucial to my professional advancement. My first job was at a tutoring center when I was only 15 years old, where I learned the importance of patience and time management. Working with students between the ages of 5 to 12 years old taught me how to be a patient leader, as there was a set time for each class session and the kids had impatient behavior. This experience taught me how to manage my time effectively and be a productive instructor. Later, I secured an internship with Ericsson, a technology company that built Bluetooth. In the MANA Managed Services Business Operations team, I worked on the OKR Dashboard, where I learned how to use Tableau and create dashboards to track department objectives\' progress. This experience helped me develop teamwork skills and enhanced my creativity, which I believe are essential skills for a successful engineer. It was my first time in an engineering environment outside of my high school robotics team, and I learned the importance of work ethic in a paying job. Currently, I work at Xbox as part of the advocate tech support team. My roles include assisting customers with technical advice or issues with their Xbox applications as an agent and creating tickets with a team of people to fix customers\' Xbox consoles as part of the Xbox repair order team. While my professional journey is not complete, I am grateful for the opportunities that have helped me learn more about the professional world and continue my engineering career.
