ABOUT SUCHITA LAHOTI

Experienced Chartered Accountant with a post qualification experience of around 16 years, having a demonstrated history of working with Consulting as well as Industry. Skilled in Financial Planning & Analysis, Group Financial Reporting, GL, Consolidation, Auditing and Accounting. In my industrial exposure, I have been taking care of GL closures, Financial Reporting and Audit and have been responsible for concluding correct and accurate accounting treatment for new issues or new businesses, considering the applicable standards as well as responsible for regular reporting to group including reporting of consolidated financials. During my tenure with Telenor, I have lead the monthly closing process and preparation of financial statements, group reporting including the CFO review & Group director following the stringent timelines. Also lead the Group as well as Statutory audit (IFRS and IndAS), IND AS implementation, alignment with senior stakeholders and circle finance heads on the financial numbers, preparation of technical memos etc. Also worked with Telenor Group based out in Oslo, Norway during the consolidation and the preparation of the year end financial statements of Telenor Group.During my tenure with Price Waterhouse, I was a part of Audit team and was involved in statutory audit, group reporting, tax audit and other compliance certifications.
