As the Recruitment Head, my responsibility is to support the team as a whole with any and all operational support. Lead, mentor and manage the Recruitment team.•Worked on contract roles for both IT and Non-IT requirements.•Handling job portals (Zip Recruiter, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, Handshake, Simplicity).•Responsible for handling the ATS and ensuring all data are up to date.•Interacting with Client and vendor regarding various requirements and preparing the strategy to fulfil it.•Updating VMS about past and current vendors and making sure to provide the data to the finance and management.•Understanding the requirement and distributing it eventually within the team.• Sourcing the candidates by using different methods like Job Boards, Networking, Employee referrals, Internet Sourcing, Existing database and Vendors Management. •Proven Success with Recruiting, interviewing, and offer negotiations. •Continues to monitor/audit for integrity and completeness. •Updates internal and client tracking system(s) to ensure that project status is maintained with complete accuracy, including third party management systems. •Communicates all client issues to management prior to reaching critical status.•Tracking the project schedules and act as the liaison between candidate,HR,Finance and client. •Assist in updating and formatting of standard proposal templates for ease of use.• Run weekly team meetings to go over team performance and closer updates.•Ensure new members are on boarded/complete mandatory training\'s on Vastek standard, hierarchy, reporting, etc.•Provide reporting which helps management to monitor and track effectiveness of staffing strategies and tactics ensuring hire quality, time to fill, cost management and overall customer satisfaction.•Implement consistent strategy for HR management and development and selection of policy/practices, performance management and compensation, goal setting, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations.
