About Suchismita Bose
Hi everyone! I am working as an ASIC Engineer at NVIDIA. I did my BTech from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College with 9.35 cpi and masters from IIT Kanpur with 9 cpi. I was the department placement coordinator (DPC) and DPGC student nominee in IITK. Some of my achievements are highlighted below: 1. Received the Academic Excellence Award (two times) for exceptional academic performance in Master of Science from IIT Kanpur. Received the Silver medal in the Department of Electrical Engineering, B.Tech from JGEC. Paper on “Characterization of Single Photon Detector and Its Quenching Circuit Analysis” was selected for the International Conference on Photonics 2023, IISC Bengaluru. Conference Paper based on, “Characterization of Single Photon Detector and its quenching circuit analysis”, presented at International Conference on Photonics, Jan 2024, Bangalore, to be published in “Advances in Nano-Photonics and Quantum optics”, Springer publication. Secured on-campus placement in Qualcomm as Hardware Engineer in Day 1, first slot of Placement Season Phase-1 (Odd Semester-2023). Received off-campus full-time job offer from Nvidia and Cadence for a Hardware Engineer job role. Qualified in (Written Test+ Interview) Build India Scholarship Exam by L&T. Got an offer from MS+PhD in IIT Guwahati, MS in Space Science and Engineering IIT Indore, MTech in Power Electronics IIST, and Direct PhD in EE IIT Roorkee.
