Working as Senior process executive for Cognizant from December 2022 to till date• Analyse the loans and makes payments manually on a case by case basis.• Make delinquent tax payments by analysing and charging the penalty to accurate liable party/person.• Performed current tax payments, delinquent tax payments, late adds and also unsupported agencies such as management district or water sewer – manually.• Ensure all transactions are actioned within the deadlines• Ensure a full understanding and adherence to corporate Risk Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.• Ensuring high quality standards and adhering to the SLA.• Having good hands on experience in various queues and handles multiple priorities and deadlines concerning review of high risk client.
