About Sucheta Nayak
Working as a Contracts Manager for various IT contracts having specific contractual and commercial requirements based in different regions. The type of Services that are provided under these contracts are System Integration (SI), Application Outsourcing (AM), Agile, Consulting etc and the review / drafting are a mixed of T&M, FP, T&M /FP, Capacity based, T-shirt based model pricing etc.First POC for all contractual / commercial queries coming from the Global Delivery team, CDP team, CFM, PMO etc.Reporting to the OG leadership team on the NO LBA’s which has a direct impact on the overall revenue for the month.Apart from the review of contracts / proposals, drafting the other various activities that I am involved are conducting Contract Awareness Session which includes preparing the deck, assist the PMO & CDP team in various client reporting, abstracting relevant data as per client’s instruction or for internal purpose and training resources on compliance, review process.
