Addressing the challenge that large organization face to have the right balance between using centralized and regional processes. Extensive work in the centralization and management of electronic trial master files and several niche roles which have been traditionally been region based. At work I invest my time with my clients working with them to create solutions which are most suitable for their organization type and ensuring that we have the right balance between the use of technology innovation and creating efficiencies.
