Most AI applications fail in production not because the model is bad, but because the infrastructure can\'t handle it. I build the bridge between AI logic and production reliability.My journey started in IT Service Desk and Technical Support. For years, I kept enterprise systems running for end users, resolved critical incidents under SLA pressure, and troubleshooted everything from Windows OS issues to VPN connectivity at companies like HCLTech, Cognizant, and Infosys. I learned that fixing a user\'s problem is only 20% of the job; communicating clearly, documenting properly, and preventing repeat issues is the other 80%.When the AI wave hit, I saw a massive gap: Data scientists know models, but they don’t know Docker. DevOps engineers know servers, but they don’t know LLMs. I decided to sit exactly in the middle.Recently, I architected and deployed Verso, a production-ready AI Mental Wellness application. I didn\'t just wrap an API in a UI. I engineered a deterministic cognitive state engine with multi-provider fallbacks (Mistral, Anthropic, OpenAI) to ensure clinical safety and prevent hallucinations. I built the full-stack (Next.js 16, Neon Vector DB), containerized it, and successfully pitched it to secure a client engagement.I do use AI to write code faster, but my value is in system design, architecture, and operational ownership.What I work with: 🧠 AI/LLM Stack: RAG Architecture, Multi-Provider Fallbacks, AI Safety Guardrails, Vector Databases (Neon), Prompt Engineering.
