   Started working with a service providing project as a senior process executive and was working in this role for 3 years. During this period I initially worked with the B2C department and then moved to B2B where I was handling large scale businesses. Managed their accounts from order provisioning till connection completion. Post this moved to QA role in the year 2017. Initially was working as a QA for the B2C department for a year and then moved to the B2B department. Have been a part of various audit process changes in a span of 7 years. Currently managing the large-scale business department as a sole certified QA. My daily activities include audits, feedback, coaching and compliance checks. Also responsible for preparing various reports like AQS report, Error Wise report, Sampling report, Volume calculation, Weekly dashboard report, defect log, bottom quartile report, etc. Also took care of weekly briefings and call listening sessions. Have achieved various rewards and certificates for performance excellence. I am Six Sigma certified and have closed a Green Belt project.
