In my current role, I oversee the $3.2B Pension Plans (US, UK, Canada, and PR) and the $6.5B 401(k) plan, ensuring prudent investment management and fiduciary compliance. Majority of US pension plan assets are invested in LDI strategy.I lead the evaluation and selection of custodians, trustees, investment consultants, and managers for both Pension and 401(k) Plans.Key responsibilities include: Presenting investment performance reports to the Investment Committee. Developing and executing monthly asset rebalancing strategies to maintain policy-driven allocations. Managing and updating investment and rebalancing policy documents, securing Investment Committee approval. Supporting annual compliance reviews, SOX, internal and external audits, and reporting requirements.
