Lead and manage the GIS Application development team within Spatial Services unit in Pierce County IT department. My team\'s responsibilities include advanced custom web GIS application development for the general public as well as for internal County and external subscribers to the County\'s GIS services. We also create and maintain the Enterprise GIS (service and application tiers) platform that provides over 600+ GIS web services. In addition, we provide ArcGIS Online and Field data collection services for ~300 field users.\\\\n\\\\nRecent team accomplishments include moving to ArcGIS Pro from ArcMap (including customizations) for ~200 users across various departments. Implementing full-fledged dev, staging and production ArcGIS Enterprise environments using automated deployment methods (PowerShell DSC) in Nutanix based Virtual environment. Successfully led the team that developed and deployed InvestPierceCounty web application during the pandemic while transitioning to working remotely.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
