Responsible for designing RVI formats for multiple archetypes with an expansion plan for charge points across network. • Designed and piloted visual merchandising for 8+ archetypes for first of its kind Next Gen Vehicle Care service station across Shell globally. • Visual merchandising : Delivered 10+ campaigns across network over 4 years, bringing down the TAT by 50% and reduction in total execution cost by more than 5% while maintaining highest HSSE standards.• Vendor management : Developed a network of local vendors to reduce cost while bringing down the TAT.• Local activations : Executed 10+ regional BTL marketing activations coupled with ATL campaigns driving 24% of total network target.• Lead the ‘Special day’s’ initiative for 2 years successfully conducting more than 11 celebrations across the network. Piloted the partnership model for the same with 2 successful collaborations with nationally recognized brands like Himalaya and Kingfisher Beverages.
