Throughout my journey at BMC Software, Appdynamics, Powwow Mobile, Sprinklr, and Outsystems, I have had the incredible opportunity to start from ground zero and create successful revenue streams across various segments, including Indian Domestic, Indian Global Outsourcers & SI\'s, and Global Technology Captive Centers.As a leader, my passion lies in creating a thriving platform for both the organization and its people. I firmly believe that a strong and unified team forms the backbone of success. By hiring the right individuals and fostering a growth mindset, we achieved significant YoY growth for all these companies. BMC Software experienced 138% YoY growth, Appdynamics achieved 178% YoY growth, Powwow Mobile achieved an impressive annual SaaS business of over USD 1 million in its first year, Sprinklr soared with an outstanding 230% YoY growth, and Outsystems, even amidst the challenges of COVID, achieved tremendous success with 62 customers over 3 years, with 78% of them being enterprise-grade.My leadership style revolves around execution, with a keen focus on bringing innovative ideas to life.
