   Partnered with S & OP, planning, and NPA team to ensure flawless supportability over 30 new products from the testing phase to high-volume production.• Developed a probe card repair prioritization prediction tool using XGBoost ML model and automated the existing manual process.• Developed an AI model-optimized automated process using Python, SQL, and HTML programs to collect, analyze, and distribute manufacturing indicator packages that reduced user intervention by 98%.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve die sort NPI issues, improve operational efficiency, and completed over 50 NPIs within the timeline.• Forecasted wafers, probe cards, testers, and testing tool capacity for the Oregon wafer sort factory for tactical (13 weeks) and long-range (up to 104 weeks) horizon.• Owned and led the weekly output commitment and cycle time KPI to ensure 0 misses in departmental KPIs.• Developed multiple data-driven prediction models for several Die Sort reports. • Automated multiple reporting systems using Python and SQL, and implemented visual dashboards using Power BI for a daily output tracker, cycle time tracker, and wafer lots at different US-based Intel sites which reduced manual user intervention by more than 95%.• Achieved Intel’s quarterly divisional special award for the division of Die Sort.
