   Roles and Responsibilities-1. Assist in fastener plant project planning, layout preparation, and equipment arrangement.2. Support senior engineers in AutoCAD 2D/3D design, component modeling, and assembly drawings.3. Prepare and update technical drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and design documentation.4. Participate in fastener manufacturing process studies – threading, heat treatment, plating, and inspection.5. Coordinate with the production and quality departments for design changes and process improvements.6. Ensure all drawings meet engineering standards, tolerances, and material specifications.7. Assist in machine selection, installation, and commissioning during plant setup or project expansion.8. Conduct design revisions and drawing corrections based on feedback from senior engineers or clients.9. Maintain project records, reports, and drawing databases systematically.10. Learn and apply industry standards such as ISO, DIN, and JIS related to fasteners and mechanical design.
