Working in Ernst & Young EY as a Senior Consultant in Government and Public Sector-GPS. I have done Master\'s Degree in Rural Development from Visva Bharati and working the last 24.10 years with National and International donor agencies and Government departments. Having 13.10 years of experience in livelihoods, entrepreneurship development, skilling, and training sectors in Delhi, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh and West Bengal. Currently working as Skill Development Expert in Department of Science, Technology and Technical Education, Govt of Bihar in Center of Excellence project.( Technical Education Program)Worked as Monitoring and Evaluation - Lead in PMU- Skills and Training programs of the Ministry of Minority Affairs, GoI, Delhi. Worked in Bihar Skill Development Mission. Facilitating the Department of Labour Resources and Urban Development n Housing Deptt. to implement skill training and placement for urban people. Responsible for running skill ecosystem properly. Liaison with NSDC and SSC.Worked with Save the Children in adolescent livelihoods program in Kolkata State office.Worked with UNDP in urban livelihood program and engaged in institutional development which includes strengthening of different CBOs and SHGs and social mobilization of different poor urban unemployed youth for entrepreneurship program and analysis their skill gap and training need assessment. Engaged with bank linkages for individual or group loan. Also engaged with different component like scheme for shelter for urban homeless and scheme for urban street venders and ensuring the different government facilities to the beneficiaries. As have prior experience of working in network building program with CRY for Advocacy for Child Rights, comfortable for travelling. During working in State PMU, West Bengal handled a data base of 113 projects. I have keen interest in MS Excel and done certificate course in Advance Excel from Brainware. Done PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis.Above working experiences will help for different stakeholder mobilization and completion of target oriented job and enriching of experience of working with Government officials and institutions. Working in PMU renders an excellent experience of Project Management as well as governance advisory service for stakeholders and handling the MIS system for the government program. Certificate in MS Excel help in good analysis and archive of data base and retrieving in urgent as well as daily instant report writing.
