The Key Account team & Sales Team both report into me. My primary responsibilities include 1] Achievement of Top Line 2] P&L for both the accounts 3] Strategizing & driving business levers 4] Creating business enablers 5] Managing the 100 strong Sales Team 6] Managing the relationship between HDFC Life and its partner and ensuring sustainable profitability. Prior to the Credit Protect role, I was managing the Banca bit.
