Acting as a single point of management control for all FM across India including security services.• Site security- Ensure safety of company’s asset and resources. Installation of safety equipment and its maintenance. Hiring security agency and deploying guards as per operational requirement. Monthly invoicing and having payment released in time.• Fire safety – Obtaining fire NOC from Fire department. Testing and maintaining equipment as per PPM. Monthly training of security guards and quarterly training of staff. Refilling of fire cylinders for warehouse and stores. Repairing fire safety equipment as and when required. • Housekeeping – Ensure hygiene is maintained at work area and washrooms. Procuring of material in time and issuing as per requirement. Training of Hk staff.• Pantry services – Ensure adequate stock of consumables is maintained. Support operations during OT and night operations. Ensure all pantry equipment are in working condition. • Maintenance of Critical assets – Prepare a list of critical assets and PPM to be done on daily basis. Getting AMCs for critical assets done to ensure zero operational disruptions. • Maintaining stock of spares – Procure and maintain attic stock in hand to initiate repairs as and when required. • Vendor management – Manage the following activities for vendors- Contract management, performance management, and relationship management.• Team management – Assign KRA and KPI for team and monitor them on quarterly basis. • Project management – Ensure the deliverables promised by vendors are in time and as per quality promised. • Cost saving with in house initiatives – Provide solutions by undertaking cost saving initiatives and doing in house projects. • Event management • Civil repair work – Undertake site/ warehouse repair and maintenance. • Mechanical and Electrical repairs – Ensure all mechanical and Electrical repairs
